I grew up about 10 miles from Stevenage so know it well.
Its home to the mighty Stevenage FC, my team.
The town is a new town opened in the post war era by QE2.
Its not the greatest place on earth, with cheap housing and a pretty drab town centre.

It can be quite hard to find a real decent portion of chips sometimes but in the old town of steveange, fishermans wharf... more travel advice
