"The Grand Dutchy" Luxembourg by littlebush

Luxembourg surprised me, im not too sure what i expected but it really is a beautiful quiet city.
I went in November as part of a mini backpacking trip through that part of Europe.
I stopped there for 2 days but to be honest unless you have a particular reason to be there longer, you only need a day.
Its easy to get disorientated, well i did anyway, even though its a very small city, its built high up and low down and its difficult to realise where exactly you are.
Its very quiet but got a very warmly feel about it, especially as the xmas markets were opening up when i was there.
Its has a fair few bars and cafes and restaurants but dont think it has legendary nightlife!
The shops seem damn expensive.
All in all, well worth stopping by!
