My favorite French medieval village Yvoire is a small French town accross Lake Leman from Geneva. You will find many artists working here. When I lived in Geneva in 1990th, I often visited this cute village by taking a boat from Geneva where I worked at the UN. Its a pleasant place and you can spend a whole day or one afternoon here. There are nice restaurant and interesting shops. |
| | A medieval village and the lake Its a splendid view - as one approaches by boat, you can see the castle before arriving at Yvoire. |
| | A nice promenade street Fortunately or unfrotunately, I took this photo without anybody. |
