ugggghhh! The foyer was promising, but despite booking a double room for our first night in the states, the concierge insisted we could only have a twin as no doubles were available, did not have energy to argue as been up 24hrs. got lift to room, doors opened onto grubby corridor with badly fitting carpets. room equally as grubby and view of other hotel rooms not what I had in mind. only stayed one night, would never go there again. I wrote to complain, and they never even had the courtesy to reply.
