Superb. The hotel oozes class and luxury from the moment you walk in. Its position at the top of a hill overlooking the harbour gives great views, especially from the two pool areas (there's a rooftop pool and a "cliff top" pool).
Our room was more of a suite, having a large living room, corridor off which was the bathroom, large bedroom and then balcony overlooking the pool.
The hotel has all of the facilities and services you would expect. A porter delivered our luggage, the receptionist showed us to our room and showed us all of the facilities. There is a fully stocked mini bar, room service (both at very good price).
There's also the "bed turn-back" where the maid comesin and turns back your blanket for you and leaves a chocolate on your pillow. All very nice, and this maid even laid out our night attire for us!
Buffet breakfast was excellent, and they made (to order) the most perfect poached eggs I've ever had!
Unique Qualities: Location, style, class, price, service.

Octopus Travel and got the room for 54 UK pounds per night. This was well below the published rack rate for the room.
