Haughton-le-Skerne Travel Guide: 3 reviews and 3 photos

Haughton is a one-time village that has been caught up in the expansion of Darlington. Parts of it still retain a bit of a village feel, though the fact that it's on the main road out to Teesside stops it from ever being truly "tranquil".
The "Skerne" part of the name is the river that flows through the vilage and down into Darlington proper before eventually flowing into the Tees.
This part of town is what I'd call "home".
