Arlanda Airport-Stockholm
There are special Uppsala system airport buses, that leave Arlanda International Airport and bring passengers to Uppsala. The route number is 801 and the buses leave every 15 minutes during peak times.

Uppsala Train Station
If you arrive at Uppsala by train as we did, you can get around quite easily on foot. We visited the downtown area, the Castle on the hill, The Cathedral, Linneaus' Gardens and the University all on foot and my wife and I easily kept up with our 21 year old college student.
