Ain't nobody gonna do it for ya

The most beautifull place on earth - Koprivnice
When i was a small kid, i did not know any language but mine, Czech, which is by the way god damn difficult to learn, but i managed somehow.
I used to have in my room where i was with my older brother,a set of those small cars that everyone knows.
Anyway, there were some words that were not czech and i wondered whatta?
Asked my bro who was always smarter than me what were they and he replied
that is English, pete
English?
They ain't russian? I mean english were the bad guys and stuff at that time in the middle of 80's.
I knew that something was wrong and i have to do something about it.
Some years later i saw a postcard that my dad send us while travelling.
I remember that the picture was showing some people lying in dust and horrible heat and were surrounded by stuff that looked to me like it was 1000 years ago.
It was a picture of Agadez in Niger and somehow i managed to get there some 20 years later only thanks to my brother, mom, dad even i never told them.
This ain't Africa - Yes it is Wall street,NY City

There will always be a place to go

Obviously there are different places to go and i would put them in two categories.
First one would be countries like France or U.S.A which i consider easy.
The second would be countries like Niger which i consider interesting.
Sure there are ugly irritating bit==== waiting for costumers in the middle of Paris or 11 years old kids wearing bullet proof vests in southeast D.C., but c'est la vie.
So if someone wants to choose what to read consider reading stuff about INTERESTING places rather than well known.
We were waiting for an ugly guy called Zmatla

It is possible to get lost in the forest in Poland

Believe me.
Me with a bunch of Czech and Slovak lifeguards in the misty Polish forest.
Wonderfull people.
Main gate to the huge Chinatown market

There is a Chinatown in Prague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to say that in Prague and everyone is gonna laugh but it is the TRUTH.
I did not know that either but that ugly guy who got lost in the forest told me later and thanks to him i know it.
It is one of many hidden secrets of Prague.
P.S.
It is actually Vietnamtown even there is large group of Chinese.
Hot,Hot,Hot 40 in the shade,April 2007,Jordan

All roads lead to......whatever

Most of the time when i travel i do not realize that in most cases the ROAD is the THING not the point where am goin'.
This photo was taken close to World Heritage Site Qusajr 'Amra and is showing main road leading from 'Amman to Baghdad.
By the way Qusajr 'Amra was found and described by a Czech guy who used to give lectures in university which i also attend.
On the edge of Libyan desert,Siwa,Egypt

From all the things i have seen

only desert landscape with huge sand dunes can give u place and time to thing about everything u always wanted to know.
Hear the silence - that is SOMETHING
