"First Trip" a Fiuggi Travel Page by pajamurs

Spent 6 days based in Fiuggi with Newmarket Holidays.
Beware! Newmarket day trips start REALLY early. The day 1 Pompeii and Sorrento began at 6.45am (on the bus). A late start was Monte Cassino at 07.15. You are also about 3 hours by coach to Sorrento. Newmarket don't mention this in their ads.
Fiuggi is a friendly wee town especially if you make the effort with your Italian phrase book.
The Coffee Shop - Caffe Fazenda has agreat selection of coffees to take home and two of the guys speak good english. Lots of little cafes to get a meal.
Not the best place to stay if you are going to Capri etc unless you have a car.
No trains but a good bus service.
