I hope you enjoy my tips, If you find them useful please pass them on to other travellers. Thanks..

As everyone will tell you Essaouira is full of charm, plenty to see and do, Its true the shop keepers might call out and hassle you, but be polite and ignore the rude ones. The people who work in the shops only make a small commission on what they sell, they don't earn a wage. Most Moroccans live on less than 50 dirhams a day. And PLEASE be kind to beggars, there is no social security in Morocco.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant. All 4 of us got seriously sick after eating there. Have been to Morocco 5 times and never got sick before. The food was mediocre, the service slow. Nothing Mexican about the food, it must have been reheated.
