In the city there are hundreds of bridges and they go up on a platform so boats can pass under. The canals are working venues for the movement of traffic and goods. This keeps you off the bike trails, but look behind you, there may be one coming now. |
|  | Symbol of the country Windmills are still in operation and needed daily in that they keep the water flow from overtaking the lowland areas. they also are still used for milling some grains, and for tourists to come and see the insides work. |

|  | Pretty open land used for farming They have a fair amount of land that cannot support building, and do need to have farming and cow grazing. so the water/land mix is perfect. The channels and windmills and powerful generators keep the water at a low ebb and stil lallow the cows to graze. |
