Bay view of the village

This is a lovely little town that -yes-does cater to tourists. It has souvenir shops of your choosing. There also are some decent places to eat. The locals still are used to a daily slow paced life, in spite of the people showing up to buy. It is pretty and the island hold many walks of various lengths up the hills.

A 3 block end to end

There are enough things to see while taking a leisure walk down the main strada. You leave by boat from Port San Stephano and the ride is about 1 hour.

The hills are steep and I do not know if I would want to venture a stiff walk unless prepared. It could take a while longer than you would guess.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Sleepy little village that has goods to buy
  • Cons:CAn get crowded with tourists
  • In a nutshell:Nice boat ride and the view from water is great.
