There is not much else to do around the area other than visit the springs. The water is a constant 37.5 C, and continually runs down from the hill where it bubbles up. Before it gets to the public section where visits are free, the spring is a private spa complex that is large. It costs about 7 Euro to visit that for a day. The runoff from that spa then goes down a stream to the public sector, about 1/2 mile away. In warm water you get creatures-like leeches. They are there for sure and get in your shorts. The "beach" is a small area and not many comfortable places to sit. There is no changing area, so people change in the cars in the parking lot. Don't stare.
