About me:

I'm Portuguese and very proud of my origins. I live in an incredible place, Sintra, and I can't imagine a better place to live. It's magical, historical, romantic, impressive, all in green and blue...

I recently graduated in Portuguese and English studies, and I'm working as a translator, from English, Italian and French into Portuguese, which is something I really enjoy doing.

Meanwhile, my goal is to travel as much as I can... and as much as my budget allows me!

And yes, I can spend hours looking at other people's profiles and dreaming about the next trip... :)

Some things I like:

Cocas - the oldest

ANIMALS

It's one of my passions and also one of my worries :-S Currently I have only two dogs, but I wished I had a lot more. If I ever win the lottery, first thing I'll do is build a big house where I can put abbandoned animals; it really makes me sick and sad when I see a poor dog walking around alone.

My older dog has 4.5 kg and my youngest 50 kg! They do not get along very well... In the beggining, the little one bit the bigger, and he didn't mind because for him it was a game...

... Now he grew older and that's another story... Whenever he has the chance he shows Cocas who's in charge ;-)

BENFICA

I love to watch football. I know it's not very common for women to do it, but I grew up loving it (maybe the fact that my dad is a football maniac and he always wanted but never had a male son to go to the stadium on sundays helped a little...).

My team is Benfica- once a golden team, nowadays a little bit more 'little', but still the biggest team in Portugal and the one with the best tiffosi in the world! ;-)

RELAXING

Yes, I admit it... I'm lazy and I love to sleep and do nothing! :-) Specially with good company in a sunny day ;-)

SUNSETS AT THE BEACH

One of my favourite winter things to do is take my dog and go to the beach at sunset. He loves to run freely in the sand and smell the other dogs that walk around and there is no police controlling this ;-P In the beaches near my home the sun falls straight into the ocean at the end of the day, and it's one of the most beautiful images for me.

Ehi! Piacerebbe anche a me fare il tuo lavoro di traduzioni! Roma è molto bella e sono sicuro che ti piacerebbe vivere lì. Io potrei andare ovunque in europa dipende dalle occasioni di lavoro. Per ora aspetto notizie. Ho fatto dei colloqui! Speriamo bene!

Hi Rita, I have a language question for you :) How would you translate 'coisas minhas' into English? I tried an internet translation and got 'My Things.' But I'm sure there's a better translation??? Hello, again, from Germany, Brian :)
