Traveling New Zealand is like traveling through a beautiful painting or photograph. The view from your car window is forever changing, breath takingly beautiful at times. From the very tip of the north island to the bottom of the south you will expericance beauty that makes you wonder why you hadn't been to visit earlier.

Wrap up warm in winter, bring your Jandals in summer, and always pack a rain coat and jersery just encase ;-)

Kapiti Coast

A few photos of the Kapiti Coast, which is about 40 mins north of Wellington City. Great place to stop over for a night or two. There is a backpackers in Paekakariki which has had good reports. Paekakariki is a sleepy little seaside town that has a very interesting mix of people. There is a couple of great cafes to choose from, and a art gallery/shop worth stopping to check out for a little piece of NZ art culture.
