<b>Hike the Inca Trail !</b>
To avoid overcrowded trails & campgrounds, we started at lunch time. Leaving at a different hour has the advantage of being alone (or almost) on the trail.
The campgrounds were almost empty (when I was there we had to share it we 2 other groups).
According to our guide, about 300 people daily leave for the Inca Trail (off-season); During high season it is about 3000 people.
