In France, there are a lot of beautiful places worth visiting.
One of them, "THE CALENQUE", I've already described in my MARSEILLE page.

Another spot I visited in May of this year, is the COTE D'EMERAUDE in the north-east of Brittany.

While checking out this page, I have the impression that I talk a lot about the walking trips that I've made. So I rename my France page and add some more travelogues about this kind of trips I made in France.

To be complete, I add also a travelogue of CORSICA in my France page (because of Corsica doesn't exist separately on VT ????). In May 1997, we did a part of the GR 20, a famous hiking route from the north of the island to the south.

In Juin 2000, I made a hiking tour in "LA SUISSE NORMANDE" for 4 days.

In September 1998 I spent some time in the Provence and, among others things, I made some nice walks in the GORGE DE VERDON.
