Nice boutique type place, everything very fresh, and well done. staff very friendly and helpful, cute ilttle tropical breakfast area, inclusive.
small but privat pool, used it daily.
2 blocks to beach area, and the Marriott hotel and casino and high price drinks.
we used their pool facilities as "day guests" and that was nice.
good restaurant on the corner and several authentic places on main street one block over.
we would stay here again w/o question. great price and good local feeling.
if you want a high price resort, big time lobby, bars, gift shops etc, don't stay here - go to Marriott
Unique Qualities: only about 8 minutes away from old san juan. we walked to the lagoon and back without any issues. short taxi ride or local bus ride to city is easily done, no hassles.
cab drivers are safe and regulated on rates, so no big deal
