Restaurant Name: Chosun Galbee
Who could resist the multiple sensory pleasures of Korean barbecue: the spicy, salty flavors and the combination of textures and temperatures (crisp lettuce mix in flavours with succulent grilled meat and fish), not to mention the hands-on fun of going through a pile of lettuce leaves, wrapping your own individual little barbecue "sandwiches" and popping them into your mouth.
You will find lots of native Koreans in the restaurants (which indicates that food is really good). You will get a few choices of excellent quality meats which will be served raw, and you will cook it right on your table (BBQ grill is installed right on the table in front of you)
The complimentary assortment of banchan, small plates of kimchi, pickled vegetables, and other side dishes typically brought to the table just after ordering.
Favorite Dish: The one thing you should know, is that if you order two different types of meat and even if both plates of raw meat come together to the table at the same time, Don't mix the two on the same grill top. Eat one dish and then they change the grill top for the next plate of meat.
A possible desire to "throw" everything together on the grill does not apply in Korean BBQ.
