    • The Hotel Olimpia in Cortina d'Ampezzo is great. Run by a father and son team, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotless(can be a little noisy at the front of the building when the bar opposite turns out). The staff will book taxis, reserve seats at restaurants etc.
    On Kath's birthday they even presented her with a gift. There is a very cosy little breakfast room and a very comfortable bar area. Right in the middle of town, everything is easily accessible from the Olimpia. There's a jacuzzi and hot tub. They even organise your transfer from Venice Airport.
