We have never actually stayed for any length of time in Verona. We always seem to be transitting through, but we did manage a two day stopover in March 2007. We took a look round the arena and seemed to spend the rst of our time either walking through streets full of shops or sitting in bar/cafes drinking coffee. The town does seem very beatiful and perhaps we should visit again.
