I stayed in Texas City when visiting La Porte, Kemah, and Galveston with my friend Shanna. Her grandmother has a house there and we were able to visit the coastal cities and stay for free. Woohoo!
My favorite part of Texas is how it's close to all of the main coastal attractions by the gulf coast.
I love funny signs and we saw this one while stopping for a bite to eat at Whataburger!
