Why Did I Come?? | Venice Canal from a Gondola |
Everyone needs to see Venice once! I never knew how a place could feel "romantic" but I soon found out. It is one of the most famous cities in the world and second only to Rome in Italy. I really felt at home here, although it is kind of confusing to get around. This was my first international tour with Trafalgar Tours so I was not comfortable to explore more than I did, but I would love to return and really check out the city. |

| | My Favorite Part During our tour we were given a few hours to be at leisure. That was my favorite part of Venice. I stayed around St. Mark's Square because I was worried of getting lost from the tour group. (I know...but I was inexperienced and nervous.) I spent most of my time shopping and people watching. It was really neat to "hang out" in Venice. I learned that you must have a chance to relax during a vacation without going here, here and here within an hour. |
| | Surprise Attraction When I found out we were going to be touring a glass blowing shop I wasn't really looking forward to it. However, I really enjoyed it! It is expensive but I would love to come here to buy fancy table settings or other. I found a cheaper, small gift for my mom. It was really neat to see everything so bright and colorful and AUTHENTIC! |
