The owners are very very nice and speak also German and some English.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and have nice view out of the windows. The inner yard is very nice and they even have a small (lit at night) pool and a small gym.
Wi-Fi is free although not available in all the rooms. Mostly around room number 1 and 9 and on the balcony.
Rooms are very different from each other. They have 2 levels - type A and type B. Type A is better and will have AC, inside bath and shower, a fridge - whereas type B will lack one of those features or all and you'll have to pay 2.5 euro extra for AC use per day. For type A, room 8 is the biggest (huge...). Rooms 6, 7 and 8 have a balcony.
They charge by default 59 euro/night for type A, around 15 euro less for type B, although I'm sure you can (and should) negotiate the price down.
The restaurant is really excellent and not expensive.
Unique Qualities: The restaurant, the friendliness and the free WI-FI.
