If you're looking for a great place to vacation in New England, this is it!!
In August of this year (2000), we decided to take a vacation in the beautiful region of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It was a risk as it is peak tourist season there during July and August but the children wanted plenty of good warm water, and off-peak seasons don't offer that.

Cape Cod, a long strip of land that stretches like a flexed arm on the eastern end of Massachusetts has lured people for decades. For those that love water, beaches, surf, sailing, shopping, eating, sunsets, sunrises, sand dunes and, simply, beauty.....then the Cape is the place to be. This trip was memorable as there was SO much to do...never a moment of boredom, never a chance for the kids to say "Mom, can we watch cartoons now?".....every day we were there we were exhausted by the end of the day, in an exhilarating kind of way. There is entertainment for anyone, of any age, with almost any interest.
