My Home State

VISIT MY NEW PAGES made together with my "VT husband" ---our member name is "am&pm" and we check in there daily. I come back here occasionally to work on bits and pieces of these pages as I'm still quite fond of them :))

This is a view over a corn field in mid October. I love this time of year! I took this picture years ago, but saved it primarily because of that one maple that stands out like fire.

This is my home now: Connecticut. I always look at the places I live in as temporary resting places in my life's journey. Who knows where I'll end up---who knows where I'll be next year or the year after that?
I live in a small, quiet, typical old New England town. It has everything a person needs: a nice old movie Theater, a bank, a grocery store, clothing and shoe store, post office, pharmacy, library, ice cream parlor, restaurants from cheap to fancy, and access to hundreds of outdoor activities. But being a small town, everybody knows everyone else's "business" before even they do! :)---You just learn to live with it!

We had a VT meeting on June 1st 2002 in Massachusetts--it was wonderful! See the page about it on VT member "meetings", under Masschusetts.
