One of the worst hotels I've ever been on a business trip.
There was 5 people in my group, all travelling for a week stay. First of all the hotel has somehow lost our reservations and they cannot find us in the system even when given the email with all the details including reservation number. In the 3 day of my 5-day stay I could not open my door after I was back to the hotel. When I went to the reception I was told that I ordered 3-day stay, so I'm checked-out now and cannot use the room!!! I was given another room some 10 min walk through the hotel and was not even offered a help to move (in fact I did not hear even "sorry")!!! After all my invoice has been issued incorrectly, so I went there again during next stay in Vienna (of course spending my time in the other hotel) and guest what? I was not in the system, so they refuse to issue the correct invoice even when presented the original one!!! After an hour fighting they finally did so.
Don't get catch by the nice pictures, the hotel is maybe close to the shopping center but you need to went through really unpleasant underground passage (especially in the evening), the pool is 10 mins walk through the hotel and is actually more like tub not pool. The hotel definitely needs renovation, has no internet access etc.
The only good thing is breakfast but I would not go there just for that :-)

I spent almost 4 weeks in that hotel and it was quite good time.
The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk and you are in the very heart of Vienna. Unfortunately it means that it might be little bit noisy during the night.
The room is not the most nice one, it's quite small and there is no separate air-conditioning control working. Some of the rooms are already renovated and look nicer (walk-in shower, flat tv etc.) but the size stayed the same :-) The big disadvantage for me was the internet access which is provided by t-mobile only, so it's quite expensive.
A good points are definitely friendly and helpful staff and good breakfasts.
To sum up, if you need a location, it's the best deal for you, if not you may find better ones.

I was here only 3 days but to be honest expect somethong more from top-level Accor hotel.
The biggest disappointment was the room - too small for me as for double room that I have.
The breakfast were quite good and walking distance to the center is a good point.
Not briliant value for money but also nothing serious to complain.
