Springdale is the gateway to Zion National Park, since it is nestled at the west entrance. Zion National Park is a beautiful park showing diverse habitats and fantastic canyons formed by the Virgin River.

Historic District

People have been attracted to the beauty of this area for many years. The first traces of human habitation trace back 12,000 years. There are a few old historic buildings in Springdale like the Pioneer Lodge.

Shuttle System

Even off-season, the parking area near the Zion National Park Visitor's Center can get crowded quickly. Consider parking in town and taking the shuttle as an alternative.

I'm planning to stay in Springdale next summer. Thank you for the tips. The motel looks very good and the shuttle is a great idea.
