Georgetown is a very pleasant town in Southern Delaware and the county seat of Sussex County. The town has a population of about 5000 and has a long and interesting history, of which the citizens are very proud.

Unlike many older towns along the Atlantic Seaboard, George town is not organized around a central town square; but a round park called "The Circle".
