Gateway to the North Chiang Mai is near to the 'Golden Triangle' of the far north of Thailand. The hill tribes, the former opium farms, the beautiful jungle in the mountains. Doi Inthanon is in the area, the highest peak in Thailand. Definitely worth a shot. |
The sights of Chiang Mai There is a lot to do in the area. The great wat Doi Suthep sits on a nearby mountain, the zoo is a wonderful site to visit, the whole town is a joy to discover. So get out there and live it! |
