Mykonos in May - Mykonos Island

A budget holiday here in May provided a good base to explore the island and others in the Cyclades. Two weeks here and amongst two days car hire,day trips to Tinos and Delos, plus a three night stay on Paros and Naxos and still had time to chill out on some of the many beaches. A wonderful holiday and the weather was getting hotter each day.

Some lovely beaches on Mykonos. Plati Yialos, Ornos, and Paradise beaches are the main ones but the ones only accessible by car are worthwhile too - like the beautiful sandy beach of Panormos with its beach bean bags to sit on.

not much in the villages to see apart from a monastery at Ano Mera.
Enjoy the buzz of Mykonos town in the evening and enjoy the sunsets there

    wow-- in ur little venice 3 pic looks like little sheds - hope they never fall in the water-lol-- looks a really nice place though-- seen uve been to saltzburg-- me to-- stayed over for a couple of days on what i call my europe drive:)
