Blink and you might miss this tiny little tryolean village but its was worth a short stroll
from Ellmau to see its lovely village centre with its views over the Wilder Kaiser.

You really DID save all your great weather for when we were NOT together, didn't you? ;) I see the requisit gondola too. Hmm, seems I should have done more investigation of the Alps when in Munich. The things I miss for beer...

Your hike in the Wilder Kaiser area looks and sounds like an amazing experience!! Great that the weather cooperated for you! There is so much to see in Europe.

Grand views of the Wild King from above Going!! The peaceful atmosphere is very reminiscent of the quiet of a certain valley in northwestern Slovenia? Though maybe not as vertical in the town;-]
