Nightlife Spot: Fiddler's Elbow
The Fiddler's Elbow is a lively Irish Pub and often has live music in the evenings. The afternoon we were here was also lively as Egnland were playing Argentina - BBC commentary of the match was being shown on the TV. Needless to say the atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the match and the result of course! We hadn't planned to watch the match but we just stumbled across this place whilst in Cannaregio on our last day. Afterwards we went to St Marks and had afternoon tea at Florian's (THE cafe in St Marks) which just rounded off the day and our visit to Venice perfectly. Guinness, Ciders and proper mugs of Coffee and Tea are all served here.
