Siem Reap summarizes the history of Cambodia at the first glance. The rich history of Khmer Era, the religious center Angkor Wat and the suffering of Cambodian people caused by Khmer Rouge. We chose Siem Reap with my wife for our honeymoon. We wanted to visit Angkor Wat so much. However, we didn't know that much about Cambodia history. As we prepared ourselves for our honeymoon, we started reading more. This lovely, friendly and warm nation deserves much better than what they actually have now.
