This city definitely has something romantic about it, although there are far too many flats and housing where ever you look, and it may seem that this place is just for people to live in.. there are many locations unaware to the first glance. Best restaurants and bars are up in the mountains where it is impossible to go by foot. One recommendation - "bonjour" name may raise eye brows, but try it, and i am confident the feedback you give me will be good.

the temple and the very tall tower are a must go and see. taking a boat ride along the river han is very nice and relaxing and gives you a sense of what koreans are all about.
A very dear friend who lives in soeul told me that you can tell whether a restaurant is good by the quality of their KIMCHI. Kimichi is koreans signiture dish.
