It is located in lower Bauko accessible from the National Road at Otucan, Bauko in 5 minutes drive. It has 270 households with 1,396 population (latest barangay survey. It is the home of traditional pottery that once supplied the province and nearby provinces of Benguet and Ilocos Sur with cooking wares.

Now, it is the seat of the Lang-ay Winery that the province is being known of. Lang-ay wine is a brand of fruit wine brewed from home grown mountain berries like bugnay, governor's plum, and guava.
