What can I say? This hotel is every bit what its name says it is - grand. The rooms are spacious and lavishly decorated. There is an historic character about the hotel. The staff are genuinely friendly, polite and really keen to offer assistance. At Christmas time there is a HUGE Christmas tree in the entrance hall. I really really liked this hotel.
