"markets" Santa Pola by silverdior

Just be careful what you touch in these Santa Pola markets.
I wanted to buy a table cloth as a gift to take back home, as she was speaking some English I asked if she had one out of a packet to see the pattern and so the woman on the stall took one I had chosen out of the packet to show me.
After she had shown me it I decided I would buy one and I pointed to a unopened one, as she had folded this one up rather carelessly.
Well, she had a screaming fit at me and she went absolutely mental! She chased after me shouting and screaming about the English at me threatening to call the police and this carried on whilst I was trying to walk away from her for atleast 2 or 3 minutes.
Eventually she went back to her stall and left me alone.
I didn't want to carry on round that market after that and it really spoilt it for me.
Anyway the sort of stuff they sell is out dated and the sort of thing my granny would buy.
I will never go back to Santa Pola there is nothing there but locals selling cheap tat.
