Everything considered. Everything Delivered. This is the motto of the hotel. It's located on an ideal location on the Fifth Avenue between Pike & Union Street.
This hotel is very close to shopping and very accessible to many restaurants.

Downtown Seattle is very safe. Check out my webpages because I put up a link for all the recommended hotels, transportation, etc under my VT Global Meeting.
There are many hotels here depending on your budget. That information I posted also has links to the City of Seattle and links to what to do in Seattle.
Unique Qualities: Seattle is one of the most exciting city to live and to visit. The people are busy and yet very friendly. Seattle is where you can see people who are very innovative, eclectic, culturally-sensitive and a melting pot of many races. It is where you can see the main offices of Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, Boeing and other popular dot.coms.
Seattle has beautiful, thick luscious Olympic mountains and surrounded by water. It is a greener state because the people support the environment and it has the cleanest water and thick water reserve supporting even the State of California!
Seattle has the most diversed city -with many restaurants to choose from. We have Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Somalian, Tigrinian, Russian, Cambodian, Swedish, Indian, Malaysian, American, Filipino, Thai, French cuisines all over.
Besides it's bountiful nature, mountains and rivers, Seattle has so much stuff to offer from museums (Flight Museum, Asian Art Museum, etc) to the Music Museum Project and Space Needle.

We spent three nights here. There are two double beds with a huge black furniture to hide the refrigerator. On top of this bedroom furniture is a television.
There is a writing table provided with a black telephone. The refrigerator is stuffed with drinks and on the side are different bottled water (they charge you for drinking this).
The bathroom is very nice with a huge black granite countertop. There are two sinks with a magnifying mirror on the side of the sink.
The bathroom is huge. The closet near the entrance way has two Hyatt white bathrobes.
The beds are very comfortable especially the pillows they provide.
The lobby is huge with modern decorations. There is a waterfall and huge bamboos in the lobby. There is also a piano close to the entry way of the restaurant.
The restaurant' breakfast is okay and very expensive.
The inside of the hotel is very nice but very confusing to get into the hotel rooms itself. From the reception, there is a walkway that leads to the spacious hallway to go to the elevators. There are no good visible signage to the hotel rooms.
Unique Qualities: There is no great view of the hotel except another building on the side of the street. However, the lobby is very beautiful because it is Zen-designed with the bamboos and waterfalls. There is no parking available at the hotel except for Valet parking. The entrance for the parking is always very busy and just to load and unload is very difficult.
The hotels give complimentary note pads and pens which are really nice to keep. Their pens are very nice. The bathroom are super nice but the black and white color in the bathroom and the room make the room super dark!
It is also difficult to get into the hotel because of parking problems.

This hotel is newly renovated hotel so everything inside is new. If you are that kind of person who likes brand new hotels with no smell of old hotels, book at the Courtyard by Marriot.
This hotel is very close to the Westfield Shopping Mall which is also newly remodelled and renovated. It is one of the best Malls in Seattle right now.
This hotel has a 24-hour shuttle-airport service, indoor swimming pool and spa. It is also a walking distance to various dining facilities.
For pricing, call them directly because I have never booked in this hotel as I live in Seattle.
Note: This hotel is located south of Seattle so it is very far from many tourist destinations. The only close tourist attraction to this hotel is the Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight. Do not book at this hotel if you want to spend more in the City of Seattle. However, there is a bus that goes to downtown Seattle.
Unique Qualities: Newly renovated hotel so most of its facilities are brandnew.
