We were able to go to the Cayman Islands because of a very cheap deal from Carnival Cruise Lines.

When we reached the Cayman Islands on December 5, 2010 after a day in the ocean, we arrived there at a very early morning. We were awakened by the captain's announcement that we cannot dock in Georgetown and that he will re-route the ship to the shores of Spott's Bay. He said, the winds were very strong on the side of Georgetown.

A small ferry boat took us from the ship to the shores of Spott's Bay.
