    • The ocean is cold, but there is plenty of sun.

    The bed is 2 Euro and umbrella is 2 Euro, so you have to pay 6 Euro for two people. There are also free umbrellas provided by the town, but they are on the back of the beach....and there are no beds.

    • Fishing port is a great place to take a walk everyday. There is always something to see as the time goes and the sea changes.

    • Right before sunset the whole town gathers at the ocean to watch.
    You can spend few evenings in Ericeira and nothing happens.....you began to wonder, why everybody gathers at the ocean every evening? don't they have anything better to do?
    And then one evening......

    .....then you know why!
    And from that day on, you will be there every day.....

     looks like a nice place but a bit touristy, am I right? Lots of people from Lisboa escape to the coast here, I suppose. Many foreigners too?
