The first visit, just the two of us Because of my husband's job, we were able to take advantage of a work trip in July of 2005 to London. Neither of us had ever been before, and we were completely in awe of everything. Westminster Abby was beautiful and just the history and significance of each sight we saw was amazing. We were only there one week, and my husband had to work most of the time, but we were so grateful for the opportunity. |
The second and third visits, with a child While we've been living in Paris, we have been able to take two separate trips to London. The first was again because my husband had a business trip and the second was with my in-laws for a sightseeing weekend. We had our one year old son with us this time and having him gave us a whole new perspective. |
