I think Dallas really is a beautiful city. But to me it is more for people who are single and wanting to meet someone in particular. There are plenty of things to do and see when you're there. The locations of other surrounding cities aren't that far away either. In Ft. Worth they have the famous "Billy Bob's" country western bar. They also have big truck races, drag racing, water sports of all kinds, and nightlife that seems to end way to fast when you're having fun. The restaurants are outrageous as far as food and service goes. I can't remember one restaurant that I can honestly say I didn't like. The hotels were expensive when I lived there, just the same as housing accomodations were, especially since minimum wage was really low then. But all in all, it's a beautiful place to visit and get pictures of and just take in all that you can while you're staying there. I love Dallas, Texas, but don't think I'd ever wanna live there again personally. Too flat and not enough trees for my liking.
