Sta Fe Beach Club

This is where we stayed at while we were in Bantayan Island. The price of the cottage was a great value for our money, 1000 pesos for a triple room, the staff was friendly, helpful and honest. The accomodation was great!

• Pros:There are several resorts that you can choose from and accomodations are not pricey. These resorts also have their own restaurants or some are near the island market, you can walk or just hop on a "padyak" to buy the things you need.
• Cons:The bus ride from Cebu City took about 3 hours and you have to board a ferry from Hagnaya Port to Sta. Fe Port that will take you another hour, it was a bit tiring. Buses were mostly not airconditioned.
• In a nutshell:Best time was when we hired a banca and went to Virgin Island, nice small private island, white sands, peaceful, relaxing and we brought home lots of souvenir shells, rocks and even a small bottle of mineral water filled with white sands c",)
