About me My father was born in London in England but he moved to Rome when he was 20. He wanted to travel the world but he met my mother in Rome in a bar and they fell in love straight away. How lovely! They got married very quickly and I was born two years later. I have one brother called Mario who is age 26. He has married a nice Italian girl and settled down in Rome. He lives very near to me. I am 35 years old. I live in Rome with my cat, Socrates. I am single and I am looking for a nice girl who is also about my age but if she is a little younger then this does not matter. |
Music As my father is English I have listened to a lot of English music when I was younger, such as the old English bands like The Beatles, The Who and The Rolling Stones. As well as traditionally Italian music I also enjoy some new English music too like Kaiser Chiefs and Kasabian and I must admit that the English girl groups are very lovely like Girls Aloud and Sugarbabes. I have visited England about three times now and I try to learn the latest music. |
England Although I love Italy and especially Rome I would love to live in England. I have visited England three times and I have stayed in London, Canterbury, Cornwall, Brighton & Oxford. I love all these old English towns. They are very quaint. I would love to meet an English girl and treat her like a Princess and I be her Italian Prince. I love everything about England and especially I love the English girls. |
Football - I love it! Football is the most popular sport in Rome, as in the rest of the country. The Stadio Olimpico hosted the final game of the 1990 FIFA World Cup; it is also the home stadium for local Serie A clubs A.S. Roma and S.S. Lazio. Famous footballers who play for these teams and are also born in the city tend to become especially popular, as has been the case with players such as Bruno Conti and Giuseppe Giannini (both for Rome), Paolo Di Canio and Alessandro Nesta (both for Lazio), and the A.S. Roma captain Francesco Totti. Other notable football teams in the city include serie C2 team A.S. Cisco Roma. I love to watch as many matches as I can. |
Rugby - a good English game Not as popular as football but rugby is gaining wider acceptance. The Stadio Flaminio is the home stadium for the Italy national rugby union team, which has been playing in the Six Nations Championship since 2000, but sometimes with less than satisfactory performances, as they have never won the championship so far. Rome is home to local rugby teams, such as Unione Rugby Capitolina, Rugby Roma, and S.S. Lazio. I watch the Rome matches a lot and I have attended one rugby match in England which was good fun. |
Travelling I have visited most areas of Italy with my brother backpacking and we have also been to England for 2 weeks and visited Oxford, London and Canterbury. London was especially interesting for us to see where our father was born. |
My dream .... is to meet a lovely English girl - anyone interested?!! :) |
Car I love cars and I drive a ferrari whichis red but I am also interested in making cars from the start and I enjoy racing cars also. |
