A place to relax

Tioman is definitely a good place to escape from busy life in singapore. It's quiet and it's not being commercialized too much like Bali. You can walk along the beach without having someone trying to sell you something.

I can stay here all day reading a book and listening to the sound of waves hitting the shore.

Staying in one of these cottages is amazingly cheap. Well, no aircon though, only fans were provided. Anyway, it's a good place to do backpacking stuff and here I was. Good enough for my first backpacking experience.
