You must plan to stay here for more than just a day as there's really so many things that you can do.
Before stopping at Queenstown, most of our visits to the various towns involve staying one night and then moving on. We chose to stay in Queenstown for three days two nights to explore and experience the unique offerings of this town.
Queenstown Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Queenstown, Head to town centre
Day 2 - Visit Arrowtown, Do Shotover Jet ride, Helicopter ride and Gondola
Day 3 - Leave for Te Anau and Milford sound |
