I stayed here at the PARK HYATT HOTEL (brownish building on the left side of photo, just behind this awesome looking boat/ yacht. It is such a lovely place. However, because I came during the most peak period (Christmas), I did not manage to get a room with a lovely view of the harbour. Instead, they gave me a room facing the side street, at the bottom of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Not funny since I paid quite a bit for this hotel room. Next time, I am going to stay at the Ritz Carlton or The Observatory Hotel.

Unique Qualities: The deluxe rooms are large, very large by normal standards. Can't complain about the amenities provided here to their guests. When I was here the last time, I overheard the Reception Desk (at the lobby) mentioning that Elton John had just checked in!!! Too bad. I didn't get to see him.
