MONDSEE, AUSTRIA

As part of a "Sound of Music" tour from Salzburg, our group stopped in Mondsee. There wasn't much time to enjoy the town, but we had two choices: a.) see the church where the SoM wedding took place or b.) a boat ride at the foot of the Alps.

My wife & I chose (b) and had a terrific time motoring along the calm water. It was a mostly overcast day, so we were virtually alone on the Mondsee lake. Very romantic....very scenic.
