It has the best weather, the best food and the best people!
The big Island seems exactly that when you first arrive-BIG. Zeroing in on the black lava flow of a runway-the heat warms into your soul within a matter of minutes. Just the smell and warmth are enough to relax you into a vacation that you will never forget.
My husband went for the first time in 1999 for a business. The owner of the shop from West Hawiian screenprinters (Aloha, Don!) showed him the island and the rest is history....We have been back 3 times and each time was better than the last. |
